The Dutch Tilt Shoot, or the Dutch Angle, is a camera shot that has been turned slightly on its side for an enhanced dramatic feeling. One such example (excluding the amazing Adam West above) is a photographic work by Neil Van Niekerk. It uses the dutch tilt for that added drama, but also retains that vertical sense by having each “action point” meeting perpendicular to the tilt.
