The Dutch Tilt Shoot, or the Dutch Angle, is a camera shot that has been turned slightly on its side for an enhanced dramatic feeling. One such example (excluding the amazing Adam West above) is a photographic work by Neil Van Niekerk.Marie_205-diagram It uses the dutch tilt for that added drama, but also retains that vertical sense by having each “action point” meeting perpendicular to the tilt.
