An extreme close up is defined as a photograph or a film or television shot in which the subject is tightly framed and shown at a relatively large scale, which basically means zooming the camera in on a certain character or characters and filling the screen p with their pretty faces. I’ve left a good (yet slightly ridiculous) example of an extreme close up o the page as well.
