High Angle Shot
In a high angle camera shot the camera is positioned above the person or subject to create a more dramatic effect. High angle camera shots convey the feeling of someone being less significant since they are much smaller; it also looks like they are being looked down upon. For example directors would use this angle when a kid is being disciplined by an adult or when a super villan has lost a battle to show a lack of power.
